& Guidelines

Membership Fees

Payment is due upon signing this agreement and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Membership fees may be paid monthly or annually:

• Monthly memberships are billed automatically every 30 days from the original sign-up date.
• Annual memberships, when paid in full upfront, receive a discount applied at the time of payment.

Renewal fees for annual memberships are due within seven (7) days of the invoice date. Failure to pay by the due date will result in suspension of membership privileges and release of any assigned locker space (if applicable).

Membership may be suspended or revoked for failure to comply with lounge policies or any State or Federal law.

Cancellation & Billing Terms

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly Lounge Memberships are billed automatically every 30 days from the original sign-up date. Members may choose to pay for their membership on a monthly basis.

Members may cancel at any time through their online account dashboard or by contacting us directly. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming cycle.

Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has been processed. Upon cancellation, membership benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Alcohol Policy

The Perfect Ash Cigar Lounge expects all members and guests to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe means of transportation before leaving the premises. Anyone who appears intoxicated, causes a disturbance, or poses a safety concern may be asked to leave and may face further consequences. Individuals who arrive intoxicated may be denied entry.

If management determines that a member or guest is intoxicated or impaired, the following steps will be taken:

1. Request the use of a designated driver.
2. If unavailable, request contact information for someone who can pick you up.
3. If no one is available, we will arrange transportation via Uber or Lyft — your choice.
4. If all options are refused, 911 will be contacted so law enforcement can ensure your safety and the safety of others.

Outside Cigars & Cigarettes

Many of our lounge amenities are complimentary, and we ask that you support the lounge by purchasing cigars from our humidor. Outside cigars are not permitted, and cigarette smoking is strictly prohibited inside the lounge.

Lounge Etiquette

The Perfect Ash Cigar Lounge welcomes a diverse community of members, guests, seasoned smokers, and newcomers. To maintain an enjoyable environment for all, please follow these guidelines:

• Take phone calls away from the group. Quick calls are fine, but longer conversations or video chats should be taken outside or into the kitchen area.
• Be mindful of sensitive topics. Discussions involving politics, religion, or other divisive subjects should be kept outside the lounge.
• Respect cigar preferences. Do not critique or judge another guest's cigar choice or smoking style.
• Allow cigars to extinguish naturally. Do not smash or stub out cigars. Place them in the ashtray and let them go out on their own.
• Welcome newcomers. A friendly greeting helps maintain the inclusive environment we strive for.
• Clean up after yourself. Please dispose of wrappers, food packaging, empty bottles, and cans so the space is ready for the next guest.

Locker Policy

Locker Contents

The following items are strictly prohibited inside lockers:

• Open containers
• Food
• Weapons or firearms
• Cuban cigars
• Drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Cigars purchased from an outside source

Locker Key

Each locker membership includes one key. Replacement keys are $20 per key.
